For the correct design of the foundation, engineering and geological surveys and analysis of the design of the structure are carried out. This allows you to determine the design loads, soil conditions, the depth of the bearing layers and the requirements for the geometry of the foundation system.
Based on the data obtained, PILLAR engineers calculate the number of supports, the step of their location and the depth of immersion. The parameters of the geo-groups are selected taking into account the loads, the type of structure and the required geometric stability of the foundation.
Screw piles are installed with control of verticality, torque and geometry of the foundation field. After completion of installation, the foundation is immediately ready for further construction of the structure without technological pauses and waiting for shrinkage.
