Ground screw production

PILLAR was the first plant in Ukraine to start ground screw production in 2010. We introduced screw foundation technology to the Ukrainian market and established quality standards in this field.
  • Over 15 years, PILLAR has gained unique expertise in the production and application of ground screws (geoscrews) for construction, energy and engineering facilities of any complexity.
  • The quality of our products is confirmed by international certificates, and all processes — from steel procurement to hot-dip galvanizing — are controlled in accordance with European standards.

Products
  • Single-blade piles
Classic type of ground screw for residential, industrial and infrastructure construction. They provide fast installation, structural stability and reliable load bearing capacity in most soil types.
  • Next-generation piles
Geoscrews with spiral geometry, designed for enhanced soil grip and load resistance. Optimally perform in weak-bearing or heterogeneous soils, ensuring foundation precision and durability.
  • Heavy Metal Series
Reinforced piles made of thick-walled steel for industrial, energy, and agrivoltaic projects. Designed for high loads, complex soils, and long-term operation without loss of strength.
FULL TECHNOLOGICAL CYCLE
PILLAR operates on the principle of a full technological cycle — from steel processing and manufacturing of load-bearing elements to welding, anti-corrosion protection, and final quality control.

Metal structure production

PILLAR develops its own metal structure production with a full technological cycle at the Uzhhorod plant, with a capacity of up to 10,000 tons per year.
  • We manufacture metal structures of any complexity — from supports and solar carport frames to industrial and engineering facilities. All key processes — from steel processing and element forming to welding and anti-corrosion protection — are carried out in-house.
  • Work is carried out in accordance with European standards, guaranteeing stable quality, precision execution, and reliability of structures in long-term operation.

PRODUCTION IN TURKEY
PILLAR cooperates with manufacturing partners in Turkey (Istanbul, Bursa)
to scale volumes and implement large infrastructure and energy projects in Europe. Turkish sites provide OEM production of metal structures, solar carport frames, and engineering systems under the technical control of PILLAR engineers.
  • At Turkish production sites, PILLAR carries out a full cycle of manufacturing metal structures for mounting systems, solar carports, foundation solutions, and engineering projects.
  • Partner factories are equipped with modern machinery for steel processing, profiling, welding, and anti-corrosion protection.

RAW MATERIAL BASE
At PILLAR production sites, a constant stock of raw materials is maintained, ensuring continuous production start-up and prompt implementation of projects of any complexity.
We purchase raw materials exclusively from trusted steel manufacturers from various countries around the world, including ARCELOR MITTAL and other global metallurgical companies.

This guarantees stable material quality, precise geometry, and compliance with international production standards.

LOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSES OF PILLAR
We have created a network of logistics centers in Ukraine and the EU (Czech Republic), ensuring fast shipment, predictable delivery times, and stable logistics for projects of any scale.
