Leveling the grillage on a slope

The works were carried out on a slope with a height difference of up to 80 cm, so the piles were screwed to different depths to level the grillage;

Efficient equipment for limited access

Compact manual and small-sized equipment was used – this allowed for work in conditions of limited access;

Time savings thanks to pile technology

Thanks to pile technology, it was possible to avoid expensive earthworks and concreting, which significantly reduced the deadlines.

Implementation Process

Site visit / inspection / engineering assessment

An inspection of the site and an engineering assessment of the installation conditions were conducted, taking into account the location of the facility in a public space and the restrictions on the use of machinery.

Project preparation

A screw foundation project was developed, taking into account the loads from the canopy structure and the requirements for the work execution deadlines.

Production of piles

A set of screw piles was prepared in accordance with the project parameters and the quantity determined by calculations.

Delivery and installation

The installation of 36 ground screws was performed without the use of heavy construction machinery, with control of the geometry and stability of the base, within the planned deadlines.

Completion and handover

The works have been completed with the handover of the finished foundation base for the subsequent installation of the children’s playground canopy.
