Implementation Process

Site Engineering Assessment

An analysis of the terrain, soil moisture levels, and the location of existing structures was conducted.

Project Preparation

A screw-pile foundation design was developed, aligned with the site’s elevation changes and the geometry of the buildings.

Pile Fabrication

A set of screw piles was prepared according to the design specifications.

Delivery and Installation

The installation of 9 ground screws was completed in 1 day, with careful monitoring of vertical alignment and elevations.

Completion and Handover

The completed foundation base was handed over for the subsequent construction of the fishing house and gazebo.
