Implementation Process

Engineering site assessment

An inspection of the column installation sites was conducted, taking into account the existing landscape and finished architectural solutions.

Project preparation

A screw foundation solution was developed with reference to the geometry of the columns and the specified structural parameters.

Production of piles

A set of screw piles has been prepared according to the design quantity and loads.

Delivery and installation

The installation of 24 ground screws was carried out without the use of heavy machinery and without damaging the landscape.

Completion and handover

The finished foundation base has been handed over for the subsequent installation of the wooden columns.

The use of a screw foundation allowed for the implementation of the project within tight deadlines, with minimal interference with the landscaped area and in compliance with the approved architectural solutions:
