Implementation Process

Engineering site assessment

The assessment of water-saturated soils and foundation placement conditions has been conducted.

Project preparation

The screw pile foundation project was developed taking into account the loads from the restaurant and warehouse facilities.

Production of piles

A set of screw piles has been prepared according to the project parameters.

Delivery and installation

The installation of 93 ground screws was completed in 2 working days with verticality and design level control.

Completion and handover

The finished foundation base has been handed over for further construction of the facilities.
