Implementation Process

Engineering Assessment of the Site

The soil conditions were analyzed, and the private estate territory was zoned.

Project Preparation

A pile-screw foundation design was developed for the individual functional zones, taking the loads into account.

Pile Production

A set of ground screws was prepared according to the project quantity and specifications.

Delivery and Installation

Eighty-two ground screws were installed with strict control of vertical alignment and design elevations.

Completion and Handover

The completed foundation bases were handed over for the subsequent development of the recreational areas.
