Implementation Process

Engineering Assessment of the Site

The topography was analyzed, and elevation points for pile placement were determined.

Project Preparation

A pile-screw foundation design was developed, taking into account the elevation differences and the house geometry.

Pile Production

A set of ground screws was prepared in accordance with the project specifications.

Delivery and Installation

Seventy-eight ground screws were installed in 3 working days with strict control of vertical alignment and elevation marks.

Completion and Handover

The completed foundation was handed over for the installation of the SIP panel house.
