Engineering site assessment

The assessment of soil conditions and moisture levels of the construction site has been conducted.

The screw pile foundation project was developed taking into account the loads from residential houses and year-round operation conditions.

A set of screw piles has been prepared according to the project parameters and quantity.

The installation of 117 ground screws was completed in 2 working days with verticality and level control.

The finished foundation base has been handed over for the further construction of energy-efficient residential houses.
