Implementation Process

Engineering site assessment

An assessment of the soil conditions and foundation placement within the production area of the enterprise was conducted.

Project preparation

A screw foundation project was developed taking into account the loads from the overpass structure and the specified execution deadlines.

Production of piles

A set of screw piles has been prepared according to the design quantity and calculated parameters.

Delivery and installation

The installation of 94 ground screws was performed in sandy soil with verticality and stability control for the supports.

Completion and handover

The finished foundation base has been handed over for the subsequent installation of the metal overpass.
