Implementation Process

Engineering Assessment of the Site

An analysis of the slope’s topography was conducted, and the design elevations and pile installation points were determined.

Foundation System Design

A layout of the ground screws was developed, taking into account the elevation differences and terrace geometry.

Ground Screw Production

The screws were manufactured in accordance with the project specifications.

Foundation Installation

Seventy-three ground screws were installed with strict control of vertical alignment and elevation marks.

Terrace Installation Preparation

The foundation was handed over for the subsequent installation of the above-ground structure.
