Implementation Process

Engineering Assessment of the Site

An analysis of the subsiding soils and site accessibility conditions was carried out.

Project Preparation

A pile-screw foundation design was developed, aligned with the geometry of the modular house.

Pile Production

A set of ground screws was prepared in accordance with the project specifications.

Delivery and Installation

Thirty-nine ground screws were installed in 2 working days with strict control of vertical alignment and design elevations.

Completion and Handover

The completed foundation was handed over for the installation of the modular house.
