SIP houses have a rigid structure and distribute loads evenly across the foundation, so the foundation must ensure precise geometry and stability without settling. Screw piles are an engineering-wise solution for SIP technology, providing a reliable foundation without wet processes or production downtime.
Screw piles penetrate down to the load-bearing soil layers, ensuring the foundation’s stability on various types of subsoil, including weak and water-saturated soils. The absence of excavation pits and concrete pouring allows for the precise geometry of the foundation grid to be maintained, which is critical for the installation of SIP panels.
PILLAR performs structural calculations for the foundations of SIP homes, taking into account the site’s geology and the loads from the panels. We select ground anchors and ensure that the foundation meets the requirements of SIP technology.
For SIP homes, a screw pile foundation is a structurally sound solution that ensures stability and precise geometry without settlement. The piles are integrated into the framing, allowing construction to begin immediately.

To ensure the proper design of the foundation, engineering-geological surveys are conducted and the building design is analyzed. This allows for the determination of design loads, soil conditions, the depth of the bearing layers, and the geometric requirements for the foundation system.
Based on the data obtained, PILLAR engineers calculate the number of piles, their spacing, and their embedment depth. The parameters of the geopiles are selected taking into account the loads, the type of structure, and the required geometric stability of the foundation.
Screw piles are installed with careful monitoring of verticality, torque, and the geometry of the foundation grid. Once installation is complete, the foundation is immediately ready for further construction without any delays or waiting for settlement.
