Yes, on request: installation supervision or full installation by PILLAR crews. Ground screws are installed with one machine and minimal excavation, typically in 8-12 minutes each, depending on ground conditions, screw dimensions, equipment and site access.
Our steel structures are produced in accordance with EN 1090 under factory production control and are hot-dip galvanised. Production is EN 1090-1/2, ISO 9001 and ISO 3834 certified.
We design the foundation for each site from your geotechnical data and structural loads. The ground screw and the structure are engineered as one system against the same geology and load case. The site-specific structural report covers snow, wind and seismic loads according to Eurocodes, and the final foundation type is selected according to the geotechnical data.
