Design The technical brief and overall parking layout were analysed. The PILLAR Model BLADE carport structures and ground screw foundations were designed for the specified snow and wind loads and operating conditions. Detailed steel fabrication drawings were prepared for production.
Manufacturing and logistics Steel structures and ground screw foundations were manufactured at PILLAR’s production facilities. Delivery to site was scheduled in stages to match the installation sequence and minimise on‑site storage.
Installation Ground screw foundations were installed without concrete works, followed by step‑by‑step assembly of carport structures and PV modules. All works were carried out without interrupting the operation of the car dealership.
