Design The technical specifications and parking layout solutions were analysed. The carport structures and ground screw foundations were designed for the specified climatic loads and operating conditions. Detailed design documentation (KMD) was prepared for production.
Production and logistics Steel structures and ground screw foundations were manufactured at PILLAR’s production facilities. Deliveries to site were scheduled in stages to match the installation sequence and minimise on‑site storage.
Installation Ground screw foundations were installed without concrete works, followed by phased assembly of carport structures and PV modules. All work was carried out without interrupting the operation of the resort and hotel complex.
