A combined system of Model W and Model BLADE solar carports on ground screw foundations manufactured by PILLAR was implemented for the facility. This solution made it possible to:
Design The terms of reference and parking layout were analysed. The Model W and Model BLADE carport structures, as well as the ground screw foundations, were designed for the specified operational and climatic loads. Prepared KMD project documentation for production.
Production and logistics The metal structures of carports and screw foundations (geoshurupy) were manufactured at the production facilities of PILLAR with anti-corrosion protection. A phased delivery of structures and components to the facility is provided.
Installation Geodetic marking, installation of screw foundations and metal structures of carports were performed. The work was carried out in stages without stopping the operation of the parking lot and in compliance with project bindings.
Engineering solutions compliant with EU standards, experience in implementing carports of various configurations, and installation without concrete works at existing facilities.
