Implementation Process
Engineering preparation of the site

Engineering analysis was conducted on a site with waterlogged soils, and the optimal foundation layout was determined to ensure the stability of the solar power plant’s support system.

Developed the screw pile foundation design, taking into account geological conditions, the transfer of loads to dense soil layers, and requirements for precise support geometry.

Ensured the production and preparation of 5,040 ground screws in accordance with the design parameters and operating conditions in waterlogged soils.

Installation was carried out using a mechanized flow method with constant monitoring of verticality, embedment depth, and elevation marks, without noise, vibrations, or “wet” processes.

The foundation system was handed over for the subsequent installation of metal structures and solar panels without additional preparatory work or geometry adjustments.
